الملتقى الجمعة 18 أغسطس 2006
وتم تنفيذه داخل مراكز الشباب بالتنسيق مع المجلس القومى للشباب وقد شمل على التالي :
أولا : فى توجيه الشباب
لاقامة مشروعات صديقة لبيئة
1. تنظيم
الندوات واللقاءات مع الشباب .
2. وضع الآليات والوسائل
التى توفر نقل هذا الفكر بأسلوب ترويجى متخصص.
3.
ترويج المشروعات الصغيرة المتناسبة مع
االامكانيات الفنية والبشرية للمناطق الجغرافية.
4. إعداد برامج
توعية إعلامية للطلائع وبرامج متخصصة
لطلاب السنوات النهائية بالجامعة.
5. استكمال
إقامة لجنة للمشروعات الصغيرة داخل مركز الشباب واستخدام التقنية
الحديثة باستخدام المتاح بالمراكز لتفعيل شبكة اتصال مركزية.
6. وضع دورة
الإجراءات ومنهاجيه تنفيذ هذا المشروعات methodology للالتزام بها.
7.
التعاون مع الجهات الاستشارية لتنفيذ
هذا العمل.
8.
إنشاء لجنة مشروعات صغيرة نموذجية رائدة ووضع منهاجيه عملها وتأهيل كوادرها
9.
إعداد لقاءات مع الطلائع وأخرى مع طلاب
الجامعة لترسيخ فكر العمل الحر.

The Alliance Forum

It was implemented within the youth centers in coordination with the National
Council for Youth has included the following:
First: to guide young people to set up projects friendly to the environment

youth centre and the use of modern technology in the use of available
centers to activate the central contact.
6. Put the procedures and systematic implementation of the projects
methodology to abide by.
7. Cooperation with the Advisory implementation of this work.
8. Establishment of a commission of a small pilot model and methodology of
work and the rehabilitation of cadres
9. Prepare for meetings with Vanguard and the other with the university
students to consolidate the work of free thought.

: فى مجال التدريب و التأهيل على إقامة مشروعات صغيرة
- وترويج برامج الجودة وبرامج التأهيل على المهن والحرف
المختلفة طبقا لخطط دورية بالتعاون مع الأجهزة المختلفة وبرنامج تأهيل
شباب الخريجين وإعداد وتنفيذ برامج تأهيل متخصصة لصناعات مختلفة كما يتم
تنظيم برامج للتدريب على إعداد دراسات الجدوى و البيع والتسويق والجودة
وتخطيط الموارد والتى تنمى فكر إقامة المشروعات الصغيرة بأسلوب مبسط
للمقبلين على إقامة مشروعات صغيرة .
وضع خطه عمل تنفيذية بالتعاون مع
الصندوق الاجتماعى للتنمية ووزارة الدولة لشئون البيئة .

Second: in the field of
training and qualification to set up small projects

: فى مجال إقامة مشروعات صغيرة
معاونة
الشباب على إقامة مشروعات لتقديم منتجات على مستوى راقي قادر على التفوق
العالمي من خلال التالي :
1. إعداد ورسم
خريطة صناعية لمراكز الشباب و اعطاء تكامل لتلك المشروعات مع الصناعة ومع
بعضها.
2. البدء
بالخطوة الاولى للتخصص الصناعي الجغرافي والشبابي ، و تنظيم برامج متخصصة
للشباب المشرفون على بدء وإدارة المشروعات أو القائمة بالفعل على التسويق
المحترف ونظم الجودة وتخطيط الموارد من خلال متخصصين .
3. أعداد دورة
للإجراءات لقيام تلك المشروعات ووضع منهاجيه الحصول على الدعم الفني والإداري
والاجتماعى لتلك المشروعات .
4. تأهيل لجان
المشروعات الصغيرة بالمراكز على إقامة المشروعات الصغيرة .
5. العمل على
تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال فى أي أعمال متصلة بالشباب .
6. إعداد خريطة
صناعة نموذجية لاحد القطاعات
7. تنفيذ ملتقى
مع رجال الصناعة للحصول على دعمهم الفني والتجاري .
8.
تفعيل القانون 140 (الخاص بان تكون
نسبة 10% من مشتريات الجهات الرسمية من منتجات شباب الخريجين ) مع الجهات
المتعاملة مع مشروعات الشباب.
9. تنظيم معرض
دائم لمنتجات الشباب بأحد النوادى أو المراكز أو غيرها .

Third: in the
administration of small projects

تركيب
العدد الكافي من اليفط والملصقات الإعلامية وتنفيذ العروض الإعلامية و قصص
نجاح مشروعات قائمة وعقد لقاءات مع رواد فكر العمل مع الشباب
كما تم التجهيز لإعداد شبكة
الربط الإلكترونية للجان الشباب من خلال الإنترنت وتنفيذها ورقيا بالمراكز
الشبابية والنوادي الاخرى المشاركة ، كما تم
تصميم استمارات لتسجيل الشباب ببرامج التدريب المختلفة الكترونيا سواء
المجانية او المقدمه بمكافئات وتوزيع طلبات الحصول على قروض تمويل المشروعات .

فى الملتقى
ترجع
الأهمية لمشاركة المنظمة إلي العديد من الأسباب والتى من أهمها دورها وأهدافها
التى تنادى بها والتجهيز للتجارة البينية بين المشروعات العربية وأ ن من
أهدافها تنسيق الجهود فى ميدان العمل
والعمال على المستويين العربى والدولي وتقديم المعونة الفنية فى ميادين العمل
إلى أطراف الإنتاج الثلاثة و تنمية الموارد البشرية العربية للاستفادة من
طاقاتها الكاملة فى التنمية ، واتخاذها لخطوات فاعلة لاحلال العمالة العربية
محل الاجنبية و تنمية القوى العاملة العربية ورفع كفاءتها .

وقد حقق الملتقى الرابع
جميع اهدافه المخططة والعديد من الإنجازات والتى من ابرزها :
1.
استكمال ملتقيات الشباب التى استفاد
منها اكثر من 450 نادى ومركز شباب وتجمع شبابى .
2.
وضع منهاجية ترسيخ فكر العمل الحر للطلائع
من طلاب السنوات النهائية بالمدارس الفنية وطلاب الجامعات وتنظيم مؤتمر لطلاب
مدارس محافظة الجيزة بمشاركة الصندوق وتنفيذ تجربة رائدة برعاية د. فتحى سعد
محافظ الجيزة .
3.
تنفيذ تجربة رائدة داخل كلية السياحة
والفنادق بجامعة حلوان وإقامة لجنة للمشروعات الصغيرة وتنظيم مسابقة لمبتكرات
طلاب السنوات النهائية ، وموافقة الجامعة على أن تتعامل اللجنة مع خريجين
الكلية لعام لاحق لمتابعة تنفيذ مشروعاتهم .
4.
تنفيذ برنامج تأهيلي لمديري مراكز
الشباب .
5.
البدء بتصدير عينات من منتجات مشروعات
شبابنا للخارج ووضع آلية لهذا النشاط .
6.
إعداد نماذج مشروعات للقضاء على التلوث
بالتعاون مع وزارة الدولة لشئون البيئة.
7.
البدء فى إعداد خريطة مشروعات إنتاجية
وصناعية لمراكز الشباب بمحافظة الفيوم .
8. الاتفاق مع
وزارة السياحة لدراسة تنشيط العمل فى المجال السياحي برعاية ا. زهير جرانه
وزير السياحة ( لتميز مصر بامتلاكها ثلث آثار العالم )
9. الاتفاق مع
المجموعة الاقتصادية العربية على المشاركة من خلال تبادل التجارب مع شباب
الوطن العربى والدعوة للاستثمار العربى فى المشروعات السياحية المصرية الصغيرة
وتشجيع التجارة البينية بين مشروعات الشباب من خلال منتدى العمل العربى .
10.
تبنى الجمعية لمبتكرات الشباب ومنها
مشروع تصنيع برج باسكت مميكن يسمح بممارسة الرياضة بالامكان الصغيرة كمراكز
شباب القرى والمدارس ويعمل طبقا لاحدث النظم التكنولوجية والذى تم اختياره
وفوزه بالمركز الاول فى المسابقة التى اعدها الكونفجس كأفضل مشروع ابتكارى للشباب لعام 2006 و سيشارك المشروع
فى المسابقة العالمية التى تعقد فى اجتماع وزراء دول العالم الناطقة بالفرنسية
بداكار بالسنغال للمنافسة على لقب " افضل مبتكري العالم ". وقد أصدر الدكتور سيد مشعل وزير للإنتاج
الحربي تعليماته بتكليف مصنع 999 بتصنيع هذا الجهاز ، كما وافقت احد الشركة
العالمية على المشاركة فى توفير الحساسات والخلايا الضوئية بأسعار خاصة لربط
الجهاز بالكمبيوتر .
قيادة الجمعية لمبادرة
جديدة لنظام للرعاية الصحية للعاملين بالمشروعات الصغيرة تدعمه وتشارك فيه
كبرى مراكز العلاج والرعاية الصحية المصرية .

Fourth Forum has
achieved all its objectives and planned many achievements, the most
prominent of which are:
1. Updating youth forums which benefited more than 450 Club and the Youth Center and the Community youth.
2. Think a systematic consolidation of the self-employment of students at
