فى إطار الملتقى الأول لحملة تشغيل وتدريب وتوفير قروض تمويل مشروعات لشباب الخريجين بالأندية ومراكز الشباب و تقريره بايجابياتة وسلبياته وما افرزه من تنظيم برنامج لتأهيل الشباب على احتراف البيع والتسويق كأحد حلول مشاكل عمل الشباب بالاستثمار فى قدراتهم الشخصية وتحريك الركود الاقتصادي  . فقد تلاحظ أن رد فعل الشباب تجاه فكر العمل الحر بطيء و يحتاج إلى دفع  وتثقيف مستمر حتى يؤتى بثماره ، ويرجع السبب فى ذلك لعدم ثقة الشباب وتخوفهم من  بعض برامج الاقتراض من ناحية والمغامرة فى سوق مجهول بالنسبة لهم ،  بالإضافة إلى تفضيل الأهل – وهم المرجع الرئيسي للشباب فى قرار العمل - العمل الميرى والبحث عن الدخل الثابت.

ودعما من الجمعية لتأكيد نجاح الحملة بأذن الله ،ولإعادة شحن اهتمام الشباب وللاستفادة من التجمعات الشبابية والأسرية داخل النوادى والمراكز ، فكان من الضروري تنظيم حملة إعلامية مكثفة تهتم بتوجيه الشباب نحو العمل الحر وإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة وبرنامج تأهيل شباب الخريجين وإعطاء دفعة قوية لمراكز التوجيه المهني الموجودة من خلال إعداد برنامج سينمائي إعلامي  داخل عدد من المراكز الشبابية لتوجيه الشباب للعمل الحر من خلال أسلوب إعلامي محترف ومتخصص وتفعيل هذا الدور من خلال إعداد استمارات لقياس نتائج الأداء  ، وقد تم التخطيط لتنظيم معرض لمنتج الشباب أصحاب التجارب الناجحة بتلك المراكز .

وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الشباب تم اختيار وترشيح عشرة مراكز داخل محافظة الجيزة وإحدى عشر مركزا داخل محافظة القاهرة للحملة وقد تم تحديد مواعيد بداية مهرجانات الحملة والحملة الإعلامية داخل كل مركز منها وإبلاغ مديريات  الشباب والرياضة بالمحافظات المعنية التى قامت بدورها بإبلاغ الجهات الإدارية المختصة والمراكز الشبابية ، مما ساهم فى حسن تنظيم هذا الملتقى وخاصة بعد قيام الجمعية بأعداد مذكرة بأهداف الحملة ودور إدارة المركز خلال الحملة حيث قامت الإدارة العامة للمشروعات والبرامج بوزارة الشباب بتوزيعها على كل الجهات المعنية قبل بدء العمل

In coordination with the Ministry of Youth has been selected and the nomination of ten centres within Giza governorate eleven centres within Cairo governorate for the campaign has been scheduling festivals campaign and the beginning of the public information campaign inside each of them and inform the directorates of Youth and Sports governorates concerned by the turn inform the competent administrative and youth centers, which contributed in the good organization of this forum, especially after the General prepare a memorandum of campaign objectives and the role of the management of the Centre during the campaign where the overall management of projects and programmes the Ministry of Youth distributed to all interested parties prior to the commencement of work

مهرجان إعلان تقرير الملتقى الثاني

داخل قاعة الاحتفالات الكبرى بوزارة الشباب وافق السيد الدكتور ممدوح البلتاجى وزير الشباب على استضافة مهرجان ختام الملتقى الثاني وعرض تقريره وتوصياته وعرض خطة عمل الملتقى الثالث للحملة .

وقد سبق المهرجان حفل غنائي ساهمت به جمعية أصدقاء سيد درويش بالتعاون مع الجمعية بقيادة

 الأستاذ/ محمود عبد الواحد ا، كما تم تنظيم معرض لمنتجات الشباب بالإضافة إلى معرض للكتب التى تناقش مشاكل العمل والبطالة والمشروعات  الصغيره الذى قدمته وساهمت به منظمة العمل العربلية ، وقد اهدت المنظمة كل كتب المعرض للشباب المشارك .

وقد بدأ الاحتفال بوصول السيد الدكتور / ممدوح البلتاجى وزير الشباب والأستاذ/هانى سيف النصر أمين عام الصندوق الاجتماعى وافتتاح وتفقد معرض المنتجات وعرض الكتب ، ثم بدأ الحفل بالقرآن الكريم ثم كلمة م. سمير صالح رئيس الجمعية وعرض تقرير الملتقى الثاني وعرض الإيجابيات و السلبيات .

ثم قام الأستاذ / محمد هانى سيف النصر بعرض ما قدمه الصندوق لمعاونة الجمعية فى خدمة الشباب وما يقدمه الصندوق من خدمات من اجل الشباب والوطن .

ثم قام الدكتور ممدوح البلتاجى بإلقاء كلمته للشباب عن أهمية العمل الحر وإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة للشباب والوطن .

ثم قام السادة أعضاء المنصة بتوزيع شهادات التقدير على كل من ساهم فى معاونة الشباب ونشر وتطبيق فكر العمل الحر ، وكذلك توزيع جوائز على الشباب الذى قدم اعمال متميزة خلال الملتقى الثالث ، علما بأن الجوائز مهداه من السيد الدكتور سيد مشعل وزير الإنتاج الحربي و مقدمة من أحد مصانع الهيئة القومية للإنتاج الحربي وقد شارك فى الحضور  ممثلي للجهات آلاتية .

The celebration started with the arrival of Dr. / Mamdouh Beltagui, Minister of Youth and Professor / Hani Seif Secretary General of the Social Fund and the opening of the exhibition of products and losing presentation books, and then began the ceremony holy Koran and then word m. Samir Saleh, President of the Assembly and the presentation of the report of the Forum II and the presentation of positive and negative aspects.
Then the professor / Mohamed Hani Seif presentation by the General Fund to help young people in the service of the Fund and its services for young people and the homeland.
Then Dr. Mamdouh Beltagui threw his youth about the importance of self-employment and small projects for young people and the homeland.
Then the other members of the podium distributing certificates appreciation to all who contributed to helping youth and the dissemination and application of thought self-employment, as well as the distribution of awards to young people who work during the Exclusive Forum III, noted that the awards Gift from Dr. Sayed Meshaal, Minister of Military Production, by one factories National Authority for Military Production has participated in the presence of representatives of the following points.
