تعريف بمنظمة people to people International PTPI غرضها هو تعزيز التفاهم الدولي والصداقه من خلال التربية والثقافة والانشطه الانسانيه التي تنطوي على تبادل الأفكار والخبرات مباشرة بين الشعوب من مختلف البلدان والثقافات المختلفة. PTPI تكرس نشاطها لتعزيز التواصل بين الثقافات داخل كل مجتمع ، وعبر المجتمعات والامم. التسامح والتفاهم المتبادل هي المواضيع المركزية. ولكنها ليست مؤسسة سياسية او حزبية ، ptpi تم تأسيسها من خلال اول رئيس للولايات المتحدة وهو الرئيس دوايت ايزنهاور. وذلك في 11 ايلول / سبتمبر 1956 ، وقد تم تخصيص المنظمة فى عام 1961 وانتقلوا الى مدينة كانساس سيتي ، ميسوري. كجمعيو ومنظمة لا تسعى للربح ومؤهلة للحصول على الاعفاء من ضريبة الدخل بموجب قانون الايرادات الداخلية ، ويتم i يتم تمويل المنظمة من خلال برنامج رسوم العضويه والتبرعات. من بين اوائل قادة العمل مع الرئيس ايزنهاور كانت جماعة JC ، مؤسس العلامه بطاقات ، شركة والت ديزني ، بوب الامل وقرابة 100 من الافراد اخرى راعاه الصناعة ، والاوساط الاكاديميه ، والفنون. الراحل شارل م شولتز ، خالق من الفول السوداني فكاهي الشريط ، تبرعت بسخاء ثلاث قطع من الصور لptpi المؤتمرات في جميع انحاء العالم. منذ نشأتها ، ومنذ نشأة الجمعية وحتى الان قد ترأسها تسعة رؤساء للولايات المتحدة ، ورئيسها الفخرى الحالى هو جورج دبليو بوش.، و قد جنت المنظمة فوائد من مواهب لا تحصى من الأفراد الذين دعموا المثل العليا التي حددها الرئيس ايزنهاور. وترأس المنظمة حاليا حفيدة الرئيس ايزنهاور السيدة مارى والتى تعمل بمثابة رئيس والمسؤول التنفيذي الأول. قد تم الاعتراف PTPI لمساهماتها في اتجاه السلام. ومن بين المستفيدين من ptpi الاكثر الجاءزه ، وميداليه ايزنهاور ، هي الام تيريزا -- 1988 ؛ رئيس الوزراء اسحق رابين -- 1996 ؛ الرئيس انور السادات -- 1996 ؛ انقاذ الاطفال -- 1998 ؛ بنعمته كبير الاساقفه ديزموند م. توتو -- 2000. قول مؤسس المنظمة الرئيس دوايت ايزنهاور " ان العلاقات السلميه بين الامم تتطلب التفاهم والاحترام المتبادل بين الافراد."	About people to people International PTPI The purpose of People to People International is to enhance international understanding and friendship through educational, cultural and humanitarian activities involving the exchange of ideas and experiences directly among peoples of different countries and diverse cultures. People to People International is dedicated to enhancing cross-cultural communication within each community, and across communities and nations. Tolerance and mutual understanding are central themes. While not a partisan or political institution, PTPI supports the basic values and goals of its founder, President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Founded on September 11, 1956 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, People to People International was privatized in 1961 and relocated to Kansas City, Missouri. It is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in the state of Missouri and qualifies for exemption from income tax under the Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3). PTPI is funded through program fees, membership dues and donations. Among the early leaders working with President Eisenhower were J. C. Hall, the founder of Hallmark Cards, Inc., Walt Disney, Bob Hope and approximately 100 other remarkable individuals from industry, academia, and the arts. The late Charles M. Schulz, creator of the Peanuts comic strip, generously contributed three pieces of artwork for PTPI Worldwide Conferences. Since its inception, nine U.S. Presidents have served as PTPI's Honorary Chairman including our current President George W. Bush. The organization has reaped benefits from the talents of countless individuals who have supported the ideals set forth by President Eisenhower. Today, President Eisenhower's granddaughter, Mary, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Through People to People International's Awards Program, world leaders have been recognized for their contributions toward peace. Among the recipients of PTPI's most prestigious award, the Eisenhower Medallion, are Mother Teresa - 1988; Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin - 1996 (posthumously); President Anwar el Sadat - 1996 (posthumously); Save the Children - 1998; His Grace the Archbishop Desmond M. I exdend my gratitude to the Youth Minister, the Education Manager, the Minister of the Environment, and Eng. Sameer Saleh for this wonderful opportunity during this great occasion as the Society celebrates the achievements and accomplishments attained this year. I also thank Miss Sandy Sleem for my nomination for honorary membership into your wonderful society. Finally, my most sincere thank you is extended to all society members and other great leaders who are present at the Society’s distinguished annual celebration and for the board’s approval of my acceptance into your Society. I am honored to receive this honorary membership into your Education Society and except the membership with Letters of Appreciation with humble gratitude during this great occasion. I would also like to congratulate my co-recipients from the US-Egypt, People to People Ambassador Program Equity in Education Forum. Education is a priority for me and I appreciate this recognition.
