3.3 Summary |
Philosophy of Interactive Education |
1. Understand participants education
needs. |
2. Present materials formatted to
help and meet those needs. |
3. Help participants apply the
information presented. |
4. Clarify and answer any
questions, which may occur in the learning process. |
The Center will
Practice this Philosophy by: |
1.
Addressing participants concerns. Class
activities are structured to spend the most time on those areas least
familiar to participants. Other areas of understanding are briefly reviewed
if necessary. |
2.
Reinforcement. Classes are conducted in a format that is conducive to
learning. Lectures are interspersed with workshops and discussions to assure
maximum reinforcement of each topic. No new topic will start until
participant has thoroughly learned the preceding one. |
3. Instructor
Interaction. Participants instructor can give
guidance and provide answers to questions participants may have regarding ERP
products or their specific applications. This access to an expert makes
learning easier and more rewarding. |
1.
Unlike other education, IMA education is
real time, on line; interactive and integrated just like al ERP software.
Some software education relies heavily on a lecture and workbook format, or uses
simulation rather than working, However, IMA believes that the best way to
learn is to do. |
2.
IMA education will discover and
differentiate between different talents, and abilities of participants based
on their previous knowledge and through added tests. The main objective is to
allow the integration of knowledge and ability between candidates in the same
society and forward them to the most convenient field of practice. |
3.
IMA educations will emphasis on creating
new generation of creative designer in Engineering field using
CAD/CAM. |
4.
TMA
education will not concern only the young candidates but it will also allow
the training of high management on management tools and skills, using new technologies
techniques as DSS (Decision support System) and EIS (Executive Information
System) applications models. |
5.
IMA
education will allow a preventive maintenance-training program to all
equipments used in enterprises and similar fields. |
6.
Workshop
Session, It is integrated with lecture and discussion, provide on line, real
time application of the principles presented in the classroom. |
7.
Meanwhile the IMA education will allow for an
economic evaluation of the results acquired,
through the following phases: |
·
The
initial phase: is to enquire about the satisfaction of participants after the
end of the training program. |
·
The
forward phases: tracing how that program
affects the future and careers of the participants by mailing to them and
know the benefits of the program in their careers and advice them with more
advanced program. |
Instructors |
The instructors who teach courses are professional
communicators who speak participants language. They know ERP Products and
they also understand ERP and international applications. Part of their
education is visiting ERP users who interesting in IMA education on site and
learning first hand about ERP Products on the job. This means they are
familiar with many of the activities participants may perform and are well
prepared to answer on particular applications. |
ERP instructors can explain complex
concepts in the way participants can easily understand. This means,
participants not only learn how to do something, but reason for doing it as
well. |
Course Documentation |
Course
documentation and printed matter provided by The Center
will be copyrighted and may not be reproduced without prior written
permission. Course manuals will not sold outright and may only be
obtained by attendance at an ERP course. No audio visual recording of ERP 's courses or IMA personnel teaching such courses may
be taken or reproduced electronically without prior permission. A no smoking
policy is enforced in the training rooms, but there are numerous breaks
scheduled to minimize the discomfort of every one |
