Since the very beginning the sole target and objective of Egyptian Society for Work and Workers Development and Support ( ESWWDS ) is of industry modernization where we have a number of activities to develop and push forward efficiency of the   Egyptian workers, and to put them on equal steps with those of the more technologically advanced countries

Although the Egyptian Society for Work & Workers Development and Support ESWWDS was established in March, 2003, with current members in Egypt.
ESWWDS is an Egyptian professional non political association dedicated to serve the needs of the Egyptian industry Community and to provide a forum in which the normally competitive ERP/MES companies in the Egyptian market could work together to improve the industry and to maintain a high level of production planning, technology transfer, marketing the industrial resources and business practice amongst its members.

2.       Media : Industry training/implementation association including universities

3.      Presenters : Industry solution providers

ESWWED target

·        Pushing forward the adoption of the latest technologies in the industrial field

·         Representing and advocating the hi-tech providers to the Egyptian market.

·        Help in putting plans for technological development, and following its implementation.

·        Spreading the hi-tech awareness amongst the workers.

·        Establishing professional training center s for the latest technologies

·        Establishing communication links with international organizations and associations working in the same field

·        Holding regular meetings and conferences to get to know the latest in the world

·        Help in getting the funds for technological projects for the (ESWWED) members

·        Setting useful projects funded by the banks and / or the international funding organizations.

ESSWWDS took the responsibility to provide its members with the production planning and manufacturing consultations using the Media members experience ,We provides the consultancy related to the followings

·        e-commerce related to problems in manufacturing

Training

To cope with the industry requirements we seek a proper strategy for a better training system of workers depending on three elements:

·        Expanding the scope of the training programs

·        Deepening the scope of the training programs.

·        Coordinating training strategy and implementation

Conferences & Exhibitions

ESWWDS organizes conferences and gathering, which gather elite and specialized the three types of members, Requesters, Presenters, and Media members, to exchange ideas and experiences in addition to the current issues discussions

Exhibitions are one of the major activities which are considered the platforms to show the Presenter members position technology, in addition to its role in exchanging information.
